Niamh’s Classes have kept me sane and active during the pandemic and working from home. I really look forward to them every Tuesday and Thursday and it’s a great way to interrupt the week and get the blood flowing, The routines are really well choreographed so that they’re accessible to everyone and she plays all the best tunes! It’s a great workout and an even better time - cannot recommend enough!
